I find that when I am angry I have either aligned my self identify with somekind of feeling of disrespect or I have attached myself to the illusion of the ego.

In order for people to piss me off - there has to be some kind of target or wound already inside of me - if I remove that wounded space and heal it - there is no longer a target to aim for.

works for me anyway.

Anger will never disappear so long as thoughts of Anger are cherished in the mind. Anger will disappear just as soon as thoughts of resentment are forgotten.
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.
